1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InfoSteer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

InfoSteer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our software platform in accordance with these terms and your subscription agreement. You may not reverse engineer, sublicense, or distribute our technology without written permission.

3. Data & Privacy

InfoSteer processes your operational data as a data processor. Your data remains your property. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfoSteer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
